In 1995, Otto started to serve Small & Mid sized companies that needed IT Support but didnot have the capacity for a full time employees. Started to work after hours & phone consults. Slowly building up a customer base.
In 2005, after years of serving as a Technology Consultant and IT Specialist for various local & Multinational Companies, Otto founded HUSS. He saw the need for a local company that met & exceeded the service requirements of the customers.

BBA in Management Information Services from the Interamerican University of PR.
BBA in Marketing from the Interamerican University of PR.
BA in Business Administration from the Interamerican University of PR.
MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional)
A-Series (UNISYS Proprietary Mainframe - Fully trained in operating system and hardware.
